A black screen appears when I preview my message. What should I do?
This issue is often caused by emojis or unsupported symbols within your message.
Try removing any emojis or special characters and then preview your message again.
If you are happy with your message and do not need to preview it, you can still select Send Message and your message with emoji’s will be processed as normal.
I'm having trouble uploading photo attachments. What should I do?
If you're experiencing problems uploading photos, please try the following:
• Upload photos one at a time
• Wait for each photo to finish uploading before adding another
• Do not close or refresh the page while uploads are in progress
• Try using a different browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox
• Try using a different device
